It was clean, staff was friendly and the food was good.
The cashier was short and rude. Asked for cheese lied and said it was on my sandwich. It wasn't. When I asked about the cheese the manager just brought me a slice of cheese not even melting it on my chicken sandwich. Asked for extra mayo, didn't apply any brought me Togo packets. Asked for a receipt was told it would be on the bag,I told her I was eating inside she rolled her eyes,clicked her teeth and was rude again. I NEVER GOT THE RECEIPT. I was at work so because I didn't have one I had to pay for my own food.
Love the folks at Culvers Decorah Iowa! Great food and even better crew
