Such an inviting & friendly place!
We were driving through Montrose, Colorado and I was so excited to see a Culver's. I used to eat at Culver's in San Antonio, Texas on a regular basis, but unfortunately there isn't one near my house in Houston. This is my favorite fast food burger place ever. The beef is always fresh, never frozen so it's more like a really good hamburger shop burger instead of fast food. The crinkle cut fries were super hot and crisp. Waited 20 min in “Curdside pickup” walked in they handed my my order, I asked if they bring it out, they said it doesn’t matter what the app says, they do Not bring your food out to you. That is insane. You pick curbside and they refuse? A short olive skinned female manager told me this. I saw 3 other cars go through the same thing. Why offer curbside then refuse and not do it? Horrible service.
