We had some missing items from our dinner order this week, Lauren & Addy went above and beyond to make sure everything was corrected as smoothly/quickly as possible. Mistakes happen, but I appreciate them owning it & making it right with great customer service skills (which seem to be lacking in general from the food service workers in our area). These girls won us over and we’ll definitely be back because of them.
We love this Culver’s location! (And so does the rest of FWB judging by the parking lot at any given time.) The staff is always friendly and hardworking. Food is always delicious, I looooove the chicken salad and the burgers. But our guilty pleasure is the concrete mixers with Reese’s, butterfinger, cookie dough & sprinkles!
