I I rarely write reviews, but this experience was frustrating. I ordered four hamburgers for about $30. After waiting, my kids and I took a bite and realized the burgers were cold, so we didn’t eat them. I called the store since I was on my way to work and couldn’t return. While the staff was polite, I was given the runaround. First, I was offered replacement burgers on a future visit (which doesn’t help since I rarely eat at Culver’s). Food wasn't so great but the ice cream was.
Sorry to say the quality of food at this location has gone downhill. 3rd time in a row being disappointed. Ask for extra lettuce and again there's hardly any and the burgers are always borderline burnt and dry. $30 for two doubles, 2 large fries and one drink. Marking this place off my list.
