Food wasn’t hot when it was delivered even though we live less than 5 minutes away, it wasn’t cold, but just above room temp. They also forgot the drink for our kids meal. This also isn’t the first time they forgot something in our DoorDash order. Last time it was a shake and they could only hold it for me, so it was then melty when I was able to pick it up 10-15 minutes later. In-store and drive-thru have been fine, but not so much for delivery.
In typical Calver’s fashion the food is excellent, the service is fast and courteous, and the restaurant is very clean. Culver’s deluxe basket is a good American choice.
