I ordered a single scoop of custard at this location and they got as much custard on the outside of the cup as they did on the inside. No napkins provided. Order inaccurate also. Ordered a deluxe cheeseburger, got a regular. Soda machine was down so they gave me a free scoop coupon which is fine but the way they served me the current dish i wasn't a tempted to redeem it. This is the only Culver's location I’ve ever been to that is borderline dysfunctional. Have always tried to give it the benefit of the doubt but am disappointed in the service at this specific location every time. Waiting nearly a hour for food, workers cussing loudly, missing incorrect orders. May be time for a managerial change?
