I waited almost a full hour for a simple order 1 concrete mixer, 1 vanilla cone, and 1 vanilla dish nothing crazy, nothing complicated. After all that time, I finally get my icecream just for the mixer to be completely incorrect, not even close to what I ordered, and the cone was so skimpy it looked like a sample size, not something a paying customer should be handed.
The manager was unprofessional, rude the co-workers there did a good job but the management was a snooty wannabe girl boss. When I called regarding some items missing on an order I placed. I could care less about the loss. It's how she was suddenly defensive, as there was no wrongdoing. Like there was an underlying issue on who was right and wrong. The wait in the drive through at this location turns this Culver’s into probably the worst in the state.
