I stopped at this culver's and ordered a burger. I paid at the window and then the cashier chased me down and said it didn't go through so I gave him my credit card and was charged more money the second time. both went through-two different charges. When I called the store and talked to a manager I was told there was nothing they could do and didn't even seem concerned or sorry. very concerning. Won't be stopping there again.
No utensils or napkins through drive thru. Broccoli had a bunch of what looked like coleslaw mixed in.
In the last 6mo this place has gotten terrible, long waits, rare my order is correct and employees who simply do not care to be there.
