I placed an online order tonight to be picked up around 7:15. Waited for 10 minutes at curbside, no biggie. Got home & started taking the food out of the bag and realized I was missing a side of cheese curds. I call the store and the gentlemen said he would have it remade and offered a free ice cream. mushroom burger hardly had any mushroom sauce on it
Food is great and made properly every time I come in. The service and attitude of the workers however is pretty awful every time. Never felt welcome and most of the time the attitude feels condescending. I’m not sure if people are having bad days everytime I’m there but it seems like they are everytime I’m walking in. Maybe I should stick to the drive thru and it’s my bad? I say my p’s and Q’s every where I go and patiently wait for my meal so I really don’t know what the deal is.
