I had an amazing meal, absolutely 5 stars. Decided on getting the scoop of the day, as it was a new flavor I never have seen. Upon ordering it, I waited much longer than expected. The amount of a single scoop was not where it usually was, not for the $3.25 I spent to get it.
Updated on 11/7/2025: Very disappointed with Culver's Mac n Cheese, they promoted as it was the best. Well it wasn't, I've had Kraft boxed Mac n cheese taste better. I think it was microwaved. UPDATE: MUCH IMPROVED from previous visits. Drive-thru was quicker and food was hot. Drive-thru. Gave order at 12:15 pm, according to receipt, received o rder at 12:30. It should not take 15 minutes for 1 single butter burger w/frys and 1 cod sandwich. ( no beverages) 3rd trip in the past 10 days, 20 minutes on average.
