I was sitting in line the guy come on and told me it will be 5 to 10 minutes while sitting there they continued to take orders on the other side 4 cars go thru i started asking thru drive thru mic what is going on he says wait I asked why there are cars moving in the other lane literally 35 minutes in drive thru food grease I don't know what happened over here used to be good horrible experience be ware long wait
The food I got was great, but they did forget something in my ‘Curd-side’ order unfortunately
I love me some Culver’s but this one has went downhill big coming here for over five years for my lunch break and today it took over 20 minutes to get my food through the drive-through with nobody in the dining area and only two cars and head of me with small orders as well. While waiting for my food, 2 to 3 employees went out for a smoke break and then I continued to wait for another 5 to 6 minutes to receive my food and it was Cold.
