Ordered two concretes through drive thru. Just concretes and it took them 30 minutes to bring out. They brought out the orders of the six people behind me before they brought mine. This place has terrible service. I will drive the extra 10 minutes to go to a better Culver’s or anywhere else that actually wants to serve.
Drive thru worker was extremely rude and acted like it was an issue we were ordering. When asked for a receipt for the rewards app she cut off the barcode with the number to get our points.
