I ordered a kids meal 5 minutes before all of my friends ordered. They all ordered regular meals. They all got their food first and half way thru their eating I had to ASK where my food was. Then they gave me my ice cream and filled it up 1/4 of the way and it was all melted when it came out too. My cheese curds were also cold. When I brought my concerns to the cashier they told me that’s what I get for a kids meal. After I walked away I overheard the workers talking badly about me. Terrible service and atmosphere.
We love Culver's but avoid the one in Grimes unless you have 30+ minutes to waste in the drive through even when they're not busy. We've given them the benefit of the doubt multiple times but it's always excruciatingly slow.
I am a grimes resident and my family loves Culver’s, but we won’t be back to this location. I’ve gone too many times through the drive thru to wait for 30+ minutes for my food. Tonight, all the vehicles behind me got their orders and left while I, and a car that was ahead of me, waited for our orders to be brought out. Eventually a worker came to my car to ask what I was waiting on…food or custard. And I said both! He said he would go check on it, and I’ve been waiting on my car for about 10 more minutes with no end in sight... read more
Food was good. And the service was reasonably fast. Only issue I had was when I ordered I asked if I could get a mix of onion rings and fries. and was told yes but only received onions rings. Not that big of a deal but that's the reason for three stars instead of four on service.
