Very disappointed and I love Culver's. I've been eating Culver's for many years. I've visited many different locations and have always been happy with the quality of the food. Tonight was my first bad experience. My burger was stale and not fresh at all. It tasted like it had been sitting for a while. I couldn't even eat it. Asking for a donation while serving non fresh food is not cool. Money wasted. I'm very disappointed.

Always fast service. Always tasty. It is a comfortable, relaxed spot to sit and talk and have a meal.
I attended the Ladies Luncheon with the Chamber today, and really enjoyed it! There were at least a couple dozen of us, if not more after a few arrived a little late, and they accommodated us well with space, good service, and my Cranberry Blue Salad was wonderful! I really enjoyed it! Highly recommend!
Tried again... to go order... there were no parking spots available in front row except handicapped, so I parked directly across from the front door. My car stands out, practically neon, they had an exact description. Text "HERE" and waited 15 minutes past expected time. Went inside, middle-aged mgr blamed me for parking in the wrong place. Called the store and was told GM isn't wasn't there, 3 mgrs in someone named Mike said he wasthe GM and no one told him there was a problem.
