I came to this establishment today to pick up lunch for my family. I placed my order online ahead of time so I could use curbside pickup once I arrived. After waiting quite a while, my food was finally brought out to me. When I checked the bag, I realized my cheese sauce, drinks, and custards were all missing. I brought the order back inside and showed my receipt to one of the employees, who then handed it off to someone else. The custard is one thing...but the butter burgers & fries are good as well! This was my 1st time trying the food at Culver's. If you love a smash burger, this is the place to get it...and you'll love it!
