Its Culvers so the food is good. Unfortunately this particular one in Charlotte is possibly the worst run fast food establishment you will find any where. If you go for Ice Cream you will sit there for 30 minutes watching every other vehicle get their food until you walk back in. Then they will hand you half melted ice cream that's been sitting for 30 minutes and not even offer to make it fresh. Or perhaps you will go on a slow day. We were traveling and Culvers never disappoints. The food was hot and the strawberry shake was great!!
