Ordered via app but the in-store pickup was delayed and disorganized. Also, fries were dry and stale. Very disappointing and inconsistent.
I ordered a condiment with my meal. I did not receive it. I went to the counter to request it. The server was rude and accusatory. When I took my meal up to show her she continued to be rude and condescending. My husband loves the food. Many of the servers are nice and respectful but those that are not ruin it for all. I hesitate to return.
