Went thru the drive- thru at 9pm on a Saturday night (11/22) ordered four shakes and a hot fudge sundae. Waited over 10 minutes, all of the shakes were like soup and the hot fudge was a hard consistency. Never going back to this Culver's. Wish I would have gotten receipt so I could completed the survey.
It was around 8:00 - 9:00 pm. I placed my order with the family and guess with the skeleton Crew and being busy they forgot us for a little bit. I had the custard with peanut butter sauce. It was good and creamy no wonder they are famous for it.
