I used to like Culvers, but their hamburgers are increasingly lukewarm and sloppy. Reminiscent of Burger King from the 80's. Fries are still good but you have to ask for ketchup. If you forget it's too bad.
They had to remake the order, brought out just the burger. Had to go through the long drive-thru again, no remake, just needed my fries and sauce they forgot. Had to end up going up to the door and knocking on it to get my missing items. Only got the fries. Said screw it, was too hungry.. go to eat.. no napkins, fries were skimp, burger was cold, no sauce. Waste of money, and time.
