Worst experience I have ever had with customer service. After uber ruined my order by never even delivering Culver’s, who was paid for the food, Culver’s refused to make it right. Then proceeded to tell me that if I wanted my order I had to pay for it a second time. When they were already paid for the order that was never delivered. My husband eats at Culver’s four times a week and our daughter’s school uses them for school fundraisers. It’s been eye opening experience in just how bad their customer service truly is.
Culver's in Stuart is typical fast food. The establishment is clean. Service overall is very good. In my opinion, the pot roast sandwich is a much better option than their burgers, which are overcooked and greasy. Fries are good and always come out hot. Shakes and concrete mixers are good when they are dispensed at proper temperature. If you are ordering for takeout, check the consistency before you leave. Nothing worse than a soupy shake.
They cook my food the way I like it especially my cod and walleye I don't like a lot of breading
