Culvers is the only drive thru we I go for burgers or fish
Had a bad day, the staff was kind to me and that was enough for a great review.
Two cars ahead of me while pulling up to the drive thru. Took about 12 minutes just to get my order in. Double butter burger, ketchup, mustard, onion. Why is there pickles?
It took over 20 minutes to get a milkshake and a pup cup. Yes, they were busy but no excuse because 4 people behind me that got food and ice cream got their food way before me. And when someone finally noticed that I have been waiting there for so long and I mentioned how I have been waiting for 20 minutes, is what took for me to finally get my order started. Terrible customer service. Also the grill staff was yelling and cussing very audibly?? This place seems to be staffed with a bunch of immature kids.
