Food was pretty good as always, but they're changing things. Burgers are made upside down now, not sure why. The pretzel balls no longer come in box. They serve them to you in a fry bag with no salt, and they're harder then before. They were much better when served salted in the box. They were softer and tastier, and overall a better product. Very clean, organized and friendly staff. Food is consistent every time.
We were just here tonight with our 5 kids. I really have to hand it to this location. The young man at the register was incredibly kind, patient and very well-mannered. The girl who brought our order had an awesome smile and friendly attitude. My son went back to redeem the free scoop coupons and the woman at the register was incredibly kind, adding m&M's to their ice cream. Thank you, Culver's team!!!
