I ordered a single value basket. I received and paid for a double value basket. I ordered a concrete with both toppings Reesie's, but one on the side because The concrete tend to have too much candy in them. I expressed that I got the candy on the side, but the concrete is brown because there's so much candy in it. Very disappointed again
I went inside to order. I was greeted as soon as I was inside the door. I placed my order and waited about five minutes. They brought me my food and thanked me for deciding to get my food at Culver’s. While I waited I was able to watch the cashiers/waitstaff interactions with other patrons. They all greeted customers and were pleasant to everyone.
