Terrible service. No training evident. Never get the custard right, even when it's the flavor of the day. They just throw some stuff in a cup. I don't understand. I didn't even ask for toppings and customizations. If you don't have something then say that. Don't pretend and make up something that seems similar. Remove all the special flavors from the menu if you can't make them and only serve vanilla like McDonald's so there's no confusion. Baskin Robbins and Oberweis are better alternatives for various flavors.
The people there and very nice and accommodating , atmosphere is good, however the grilled chicken sandwich seems incredibly undercooked and too chewy. They did explain that the chicken patties were pre-cooked and then they’re thrown on the grill to warm up, but the last couple times I tried it, it was difficult to eat and I felt sick afterwards. But on a positive note, their chicken strips and crispy chicken sandwiches are great!
