My wife stopped at drive thru only to be totally ignored and never having her order taken. Well, Chik fil-A is just down the street.
Almost an hour waiting in drive through for 2 scoops of custard. The workers are busy and doing what they can so this low rating has to go to management or their workflow. You’ve got 1 poor worker on the comms and scooping ice cream.
