Well they did forget my water, but so did I 🤪 the young black lady who took our order and helped us at the window was so pleasant and had such a beautiful smile. Her attitude was contagious. I should have gotten her name. She's a great asset to the company!
Fast and friendly service... however we ordered a large fry, drove away, and nooo fry . This was the first time going to this one. Might try it one more time, but usually this never happens to ones I've been to. Maybe a missing cheese but not only one order of fries and got none. Ended up sharing the small ones that came with the kids meals. Will see. If I go back I'll review update, but no fries and no napkins too...super disappointed .
Drive thur guy needs to make sure all tasks are finished before rushing away from the window. A great example would be to put the sticker number on the car mirror instead of forgetting about it and leave the customer hanging. Burger was just warm but had what i asked for in toppings. The fish were ok. Not the usual crispy. Overall the food just wasnt the usual great quality we normally get
Culver's is an awesome food chain. Staff are very professional and pleasant to do business with. The restaurant is always clean, and the food is amazing and well priced. I highly recommend Culver's.
