I always enjoy the food at Culvers! I have to thank Zack and the rest of the staff for the great service!
I usually enjoy Culver’s, but I was very disappointed with my recent takeout experience. Around 6:30 PM, a male staff member helped us, and even though it was clear that English is not our first language, he spoke very quickly, sighed, and slammed our drink cups down. It felt unfriendly and disrespectful, and honestly, it made me sad. Right after finishing our order, the same employee immediately sat down to eat, so maybe he was hungry and frustrated—but even so, basic courtesy should be maintained.
