As far as burger joints go, this is one of the best. Very tasty food and fast, friendly service, plus great kids meals that include a voucher for a scoop of awesome frozen custard. As seafood fans, we make it a point to visit during lent for walleye.
This culvers has really gone down hill last few months, the last 2 times my order is wrong! First time, 2 weeks ago large fries today 10 mins ago I spend 37.00 and Im missing a large fries(I get home and realize my double butterburger was missing also, Management needs to do better, Im done paying premium and waiting to get my order wrong
Going to start going to the waterford location. This location hires people who are outwardly rude to their customers. 6:19pm Feb 22, 2026. I understand you guys deal with the public, but I didn't deserve how he treated/talked to me. This was my first time out in a few weeks because I'm terminally sick, and this guy really messed up my evening by being an ass. The store is always clean. The employees are nice. The food is great and even the owner gets on the back of the line and he makes food for the customers great place to stop in.
