Here’s the updated version: “Love Culver’s, but today was a letdown. Ordered the pretzel bites and they didn’t include the cheese sauce—it’s supposed to come with the order. When I asked for it, the employee didn’t know whether to charge me or not, so she asked her manager. He just shrugged his shoulders and ignored that I was standing at the counter.
