Awesome food! Very fresh.
The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars is because I make an online order, go pick it up and have to wait 20 to 30 minutes before I get my food. Ive done this twice and it's frustrating because I have a 30 minute lunch and I spend my entire break waiting on my food. Ive even ordered at different times. I hope they will get better about their online mobile orders. Culver's has great food it just takes forever to get it when you put in a mobile order
Normally my husband and I love culvers but our last experience was not good. We had a coupon for buy one get one free two scoop dish. I presented it to the cashier before we even started our order so they would know. Then the manager came over and loudly told her you have to make sure it's for the correct location. And went on a tanget about how he just got his butt chewed out for it. Never even looked at us or apologized and said it's just policy.
