Ordered hot fudge sundaes and they barely had any hot fudge.
Horrible experience at Culver's last night. Worst one I have had ever at Culver's. Food was stale, customers where causing a scene over missing ice cream. Don't recommend going to the location S. Pennsylvania in Lansing.
First time here at the Pennsylvania location as I was near town visiting a friend. I had the delight of talking to Vera one of the workers. A sweet kind kid. Place was clean and ppl were friendly
Love Culvers, but not this one, not this time. Most of the employees were just milling around socializing and not being productive. The burgers and fries were cold by the time they finally brought them out, and we waited close to 10 minutes on 2 frozen custards. The waiting area smelled like weed, we won't be back.
