DO NOT DO CURBSIDE. They never bring your food out. Went in to get my concrete mixers and they were cold soup after waiting 22min!!!!!!! 3 times I've gone and they never come out. You have to go get your own food. Every car there did...
Poor drive thru service… she forgot to ask if we wanted to use our custard token for the kids meal and they didn’t give us a token either. Then I ask for my receipt so I can add my points and she tried to tell me that it’s only to know how much the food was and not for the points but it clearly is.
This is the worst Culver’s I’ve been to. Their drive-thru wait times are quite long and several times they have forgotten items from my order. I’ve received concrete mixers that are already half melted or not even full. Some employees seem annoyed at customers, which makes me not want to revisit this location. The Delta Township location is much better.
