The wait is always really long, I understand the food is cooked fresh and that takes time but yesterday morning I ordered peach smoothie and it took over 35 minutes to get it, I was the only customer there and the only customer in the drive thru, the lady that took my order and money at the window came out for a smoke break two times before I got my order. I love Culver's and love the food it's always good but a lot of times we pass up the location because of the wait time.
They lie about pricing. They also over cook the burgers

Food was phenomenal. Prices are good. Staff was extremely friendly.
Cheese curds were burnt and we ordered a crispy chicken with large pretzel bites for the side and did not get them and we got a spicy chicken not a regular crispy. Kinda if rushed us through our order most likely will never come back here after that.
