September 24th was my first time at Culver’s. I wanted something new. I checked the menu out and I seen a sourdough Melt and I Zoomed over! I ordered a meal with an extra custard with Oreo and peanut butter sauce. Now when the employee handed me the bag I can spell Burn bread. And what do you know . A CHARCOAL SANDWICH. I’m highly upset. I didn’t want to drive to Steak ‘n Shake for my melt They didn’t apologize and I waited 5 minutes for someone to greet me at the counter. Shame on them for $19 bucks
POOR Curdside* service. Watched 2 customers that had to go in and pickup there orders. I checked in 3 different ways- email, app, and text. Waited 10 mins, had to go in to get my order. I noticed about 6 employees behind the inactive counter who failed to bring out pickup orders. My order was the only on the counter and was carelessly put on it side. Would not recommend, wont be back.
