They always greet you when you walk in and provide friendly service. Kind of like mcd used to do. Culvers seems to have the customer service thing down pretty well. Good food as well. Burgers are always juicy and taste great.
I live five minutes away, I have an air conditioned car, my sundae was completely melted. They must have made it before all the other food because my sons mixer wasn't like that. Not worth the money I spent.
