I waited in the drive thru pick-up lane for 18 minutes until my chicken sandwich and small fry came out. This was 4pm on a Thursday. Of course, 3 other orders were carried out at the same time. Stop letting orders build up and then walking them out in large batches! It's also dangerous as you had 4 cars then driving out of the lane at once in different directions.
Used to be one of my fav place to go but now they are rude, place is nasty and the food is always wrong. Will never go here again.
