The level of incompetence at this Culver's is so unbelievable that they must be doing it on purpose at this point. They are constantly missing items from orders and it's not an occasional mistake, it's a pattern. Every visit feels like a gamble on whether you'll actually get everything you paid for. When you call to dispute the missing items, they refuse to refund your money over the phone. Burgers are always great!!! I do love the fries and cheese sauce. The frozen custard are delicious too.
