I just started using this place instead of McDonald's

I ordered chili supreme & got the plain. I told the waitress it was not right & she insisted the extras were in the chili. They were not. My friend talked to the manager who almost kicked him out and got no place. I asked for a manager and said I want one of 2 things. A refund or the chili that I was supposed to get. I did get a refund. However the service for the entire table was bad. My friend didn’t get his burger until my Luke warm chili was gone! Our table never did get wiped.
