We frequent this location quite a bit but have continually had issues with missing items and it’s really disappointing. We’ve gotten many apologies and coupons but they really need to work on employees double checking before running for curdside. Everyone is so nice and apologetic but this is a huge issue that isn’t changing. We have called in and went in to report these issues multiple times.
Visited Friday evening (2/27/26) and the drive-thru was extremely busy! They even had order takers outside and the parking lot was completely full — as was the drive-thru line. I was so impressed by the staff’s professionalism and urgency. Everyone was working hard and staying positive despite how packed it was. The food was amazing, and surprisingly, it didn’t take long to get our order at all! Hats off to this team — they’re doing an incredible job!
Waiting over 15 minutes for an online order and picking up inside is absurd. I understand it’s rush hour time but it’s very unorganized.
