I made a purchase through Uber Eats for Culvers for the first time. After placing the order, I called Culvers right away to see if my order could be released to my boyfriend. I was told no. So I told the person on the phone to cancel the order, I didn't want the kitchen to make the food. I also canceled the order on my app. I am not sure whose policy it is, Culvers or Uber BUT my $28 will not be refunded. I will not be using either business again, nor will I recommend them.
