Dear Culver's. If a customer orders lightly cooked onion rings. They shouldn't find out halfway home, when they reach into their bag to have one that they instead got a large order of ring shaped onion/grease flavored breading with dried out strings of onion in every one. And when they drive all the way back to request LIGHTLY COOKED onion rings, they definitely shouldn't receive the exact same large order of dried out onion rings (except for the grease). I gave a 4 star review 1. My greeter Alice was nice and helpful it was my first time at Culver's (GCS)5star 2. Like the menu choices options is great 3. Didn't enjoy what I ordered the sourdough melt 🤮 grease trap it had so much grease it stained the tray and the paper under it. I was able to eat half and ended up spitting the rest out. Glad I had ordered a milkshake instead of soda. Milkshake was super thick just how I like them😉 The 17 dollars well I don't think was worth it but I'll come back in the future
