I love this Culver’s. I live closer to the one on 120th but this one is so much better that it’s worth the extra drive time. Pretzel bites are always great and the burgers are always tasty!
I love Culver’s however the service in the kitchen is horrible! I always order without lettuce and I can’t eat lettuce at all and about half the time it’s got lettuce and they use shredded lettuce so I can’t get it all off I have a medical condition that I can’t have it. Fries are cold and most of the time at the bottom of the bag not in the fries bag. I ordered their northern cod sandwich and it so small you have to remove the bun to see it they only put maybe a tablespoon of tartar sauce it is VERY dry. So I paid $10 and s... read more
I had a drive thru order of 2 2 piece cod dinners with both orders had coleslaw and onion rings. I ordered 2 extra tartar sauce, I got 2 extra cocktail sauce which we didn't want or need. The fish pieces on both orders were half the size they used to be... unexceptable!! We did not receive any napkins or silverware to eat our meal with... I guess they assumed we were eating at home. For the price. We are very disappointed. This location has really gone downhill since it opened. For the price, we won't be back... good luck!!
The staff is always friendly here. The food is better that your average burger joint and the place is kept clean. It seems like the staff wants to go above and beyond for the customers. Good experience all the way around.
