Best fast food restaurant and service
I've always had great food and service here. But this time I had a very long wait for just a mixer. When I received the mixer it was already melting. It's hard to drive and eat a melting ice-cream with a spoon. Im not giving a bad review because its normally not like this.
Being an alpena native....please find this review as nothing but feedback to help improve. As we want you to succeed here in lowell. We are frequent customers to this location. A few months ago we stopped coming because the burgers were nothing but completely dried out. We decided to see if you have improved the burgers a few times since then. Unfortunately, nothing has changed and we have permanently stopped coming to this location. Thank you for listening and we are still rooting for this location.
