Want to start off and say the cashier, Zoe, was so kind and helpful. This location is the worst I have ever been to. The manager on duty did not care that our order was wrong, nor any request with our order were given. The concrete mixer shake came out like soup and ice cream already melted before even reaching our table. We sent them back (which we hardly ever speak up about food industry things), and all they did was put them in the freezer and then send them back out to us.
Gave me a grilled chicken sandwich instead of a grilled cheese sandwich. I'm vegetarian. Everything else was fine. So I guess specify if you're ordering grilled cheese. Would recommend the chocolate peanut butter shake and strawberry cheesecake custard. Both were very good.
