Very clean Culver’s restaurant. I got a shake and it was the best I had from this chain. I believe the wonderful service member who served me was Ryan and he was extremely nice. Best customer service I’ve had from any fast food chain. Thank you John Culver and Ryan.
I pulled into Culver’s drive-thru the other night feeling like life was at an all-time low. I ordered a shake, and Ryan — the absolute hero of the drive-thru — didn’t just make me a shake, he made me a masterpiece. This thing was so good it legitimately stopped me in my tracks. I get a call from my friends, they say “Listen, I just had the best milkshake of my life, and if that’s not enough, the fellow who served me, Ryan, made me feel like one of a kind.” He made a special recipe for my friend, who unbeknownst to Ryan, was having a terrible day.
