The fish and shrimp were overcooked. The worst dinner we have ever gotten. Very sad. We were all the way home before I found out.

I’ve given the Plano location multiple chances, and every visit has been frustrating. Orders are consistently wrong or mixed up, and it feels disorganized every time I go. I’ve even brought concerns up to the manager, Matt, but unfortunately nothing seems to improve. It’s disappointing because you expect a basic level of accuracy and service. Very disappointedWhen you order pretzel bites, it's supposed to come with cheese. You're not supposed to pay 99 cent for it, they try to charge me every time they messed up my order, they didn't even ask what sauses I wanted with my nuggets. They just assume I wanted ranch. I work in the food business. You don't assume somebody wants something you should ask.And you park people for no reason. And the last time I got prez bites, I got no cheese.
