Location sucks. ordered something in early November. All wrong. I called and Brooklyn said she would send out coupons for the mistake. Its been almost 2 months and 3 phone calls. Nothing. Horrible customer service.
Absolutely atrocious customer service. I’m a driver for DoorDash and came in to pick up an order. They said it wasn’t ready yet. Totally fine. Five minutes goes by past the pick up time I ask again how much longer it’ll be I realize they haven’t even started on the order. Another five minutes goes by I see that they’re clearly focused on the drive-through and still have yet to even put a single item in the bag for my order.
