Feeling quite disrespected. Walked in to order a late lunch, as im working around the corner, and the person at the register had 2 women in line. She took their order and I know she saw me standing out of the way so other customers could walk by. As soon as the 2 women were done ordering, the clerk looked over at 2 other women who just walked in the door and started taking their order. Put in a curbside order and then waited 20 min after arriving with no one else in the drive through. Finally had to go through the drive through to be handed melted ice cream and an attitude from the guy at the window
I got food to bring home to my family and they messed up my mom’s order completely and then my 8 chicken tenders are cold and we’re given COLD. This is not the first time I receive bad service from this place, I will not be returning to the Plano location and will go out my way to Yorkville to receive better service and food. The other times I have ordered it’s always messed up so thank you guys for messing up my order and leaving me with a bad night after work.
