For one, the speed was extremely slow. The drive through was so slow and hectic due to the amount of spots and orders being taken. I was charged for an “upgrade” to a different side, but I was told at the window that they were out of French fries. I feel like when a restaurant runs out of a product that typically comes with the combo, they should waive the additional fee for a different item among their side list.
