We visited the Wheaton Culver store. When a customer jumped the line and got in front of us, we were refused service upon reporting the matter to management. Armed law enforcement was called to the store.

Ordered a large Oreo shake, was told they only have medium, Shakopee location has large.ordered a cheeseburger, there was flour all over the place. I tried to brush some off and more came out of the burger. My shirt and the tray are covered in powder. I asked the guy behind the counter about it. He says, we don't put powder or flour on our burgers. So I guess this on my shirt is just my imagination. Well here is something real, I won't be back to this location and suggest no one go there either

Nasty! Cold limp fries, rubbery cold cheese curds that must have been sitting a long time and reheated, flat room temperature soda with zero ice in it, and the patty melt was barely warm but the onions were literally cold. How do you even do that? Everything was cold, Nasty, flat and inedible. Horrendous! I won't be back!!

I went to this Culver's during my lunch break. I have celiacs disease among other gastrointestinal conditions. I have a sensitive stomach and I'm very sensitive to gluten. I ordered a value basket with a gluten free butter burger (plain), fries, and a Dr pepper. I ate three fries on the drive back to my job and my stomach couldn't handle the trip. Had very bad service very bad employee ordered no salt fries for salted fries both times with my basket & with the replacement fries & overhead the employee criticizing me because I was arguing with them I can't have any salt at all due to dietary restrictions I have high blood pressure & if I eat salt I can't control the amount my fingers will swell up badly

I ordered the Sourdough Melt and Onion Rings. Poor choice I guess. Too much grease. The onion rings were mostly batter. I will try something else next time.

I used to love Culver's at least twice a week. Lately 3 out of 4 orders are wrong. I received a hamburger that was so burnt and small . Looked as though some one had bitten out pieces. Gross. I am not recommending them any more. Too bad. Used to be excellent food

Had a very nice experience while having dinner with my friends at the Addison Culver's, West Lake St. on August 9t . Rylan the cashier was very pleasant and helpful when he took my payment for 2 pints of ice cream. He helped me with the expiration dates in a very nice way. All of the employees working there today were great. My friends have a monthly date with this Culvers and have been coming here for years. Thank You, A satisfied customer.
