Food is excellent ...... But the Drive Through System is horrible where you have to wait for longer than normal times for your food. Wouldn't be that bad if there was more room for the cats. They would benefit more with the system of numbered parking spots since they already have to bring the food out to you at a snails pace.
The burger was good, but nowhere near worth what it costs. We went in specifically to try the curderburger. Tasty but Thin beef patty. The curder patty had most of the cheese cooked out of it. They forgot to put the bacon on both burgers (extra 2$ each burger) and one burger had onions although we asked for no onion. The place was not busy at all. There was zero good reason for so much to be wrong with our order. That's now 2 times trying Culvers and 2 times leaving disappointed. Unlikely to see if 3 times is a charm.
Good food, quick service, great staff
Some of the employees act like they're mad that you're there. One of them even asked me to move out of her way for no reason while I was waiting for my order; there was 5 feet of space where she could've walked behind me. Then she turned around and glared at me when she got to the drive-through window where she was working. Another employee was putting french fries in the containers with her hands, and she was also eating while she was doing it - so her hands that just touched her mouth were directly touching people's food. ... read more
Had the curd burger and it was perfect and the fries were fresh and crispy. The meal was great.
