We come to Culver’s for the sourdough melt. We come to this location because of the employees. They are so nice and go out of their way to make sure everyone enjoys their meal.
Neither my friend nor I were not expecting a fast food place based on TV ad's impressions. The dining area looked rather trashy, not welcoming.
RAVEN at the drive through window on 9/20/2025 at 10:54am was rude and impatient. She absolutely should NOT be working in customer service. I told her she shouldn’t be working the window if she has an attitude and to not let her bad day affect my day. She rolled her eyes and turned her head with my debit card in her hand instead of giving me an answer to my questions. I rudely told her to give me my card back and drove off. Wow it's incredible how much better than the old big 3 burger places. My only complaint is they could use some pressure washing. We at safe touch have a similar level of customer service.
