Staff messed up my order and the manager made it right immediately. That said, I'm down from Green Bay visiting family and this just isn't very good. I took family, bragging about how amazing Culver's is and this just didn't live up to the (normally very deserved) hype. Kind of a drag to be honest.
Rude on when ordering and they didn’t tell me my kids meal came with ice cream. The only reason I know is because I looked up if it was supposed to come with a toy.
It was our first time at a Culver's. Nico helped us get dinner. He was so nice. Such a gentleman. A true superstar. It's a nice lobby with TVs. The food was made fresh and delivered with a smile. Thanks, looking forward to visiting again. 7 months later, still a great place to get lunch!
