Clark was on top of things, friendly and helpful
Great food, wonderful staff and service. It's warm and inviting from the uplifting music to the caring staff. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Michael, our manager, is top rate.
First time going to a Culver's and was not disappointed. This particular location had really great food, burger was juicy and packed with seasoning, the fries were perfectly salted. Food did not take long to come out either. This spot has a super friendly and hospitable staff, and was incredibly clean. A bonus for me was that they had Sweet Baby Rays for BBQ sauce. 10/10 would recommend.
Very delicious and consistent high quality fast food fare.
My wife and I came in around 3:30. We ordered the two piece fish meal and a drink. Your cashier, Sara, was a gem. Her customer service was an A+. We are both in our 70s so ask a few questions most of the time. Sara not only was incredibly kind but treated us like we were the only people in your restaurant. At our age it's nice to be treated like we're important instead of being almost ignored and invisible. We both appreciated Sara and her exemplary personality.
