My husband and I went through the drive thru around 8:30pm. When we got home to eat our food the fries and burger were cold and dried out, and tasted like it had been already premade and had been sitting there for a while. I know they don’t close until 10 so I’m not sure why our food turned out the way it did. We eat there regularly. I don’t normally leave reviews but this time I had too. I am very disappointed in the quality of food. We have never had this happen before. Culver’s burgers are always so delicious.
