They have really good fresh frozen custards,and frozen fruits. We tried frozen mango,caramel cashew sundae(my new favorite), Oreo and malt, Definitely will try another flavors 🥰 Highly recommended
When I received the wrong order I came to the counter and 2 staff members just looked at me from the back and then at me . Said not one word. I left the burger on the counter and checked back in with them to see if they were ready to help/ got eye contact long enough. . When I placed my order again, she acted put out. I went to Culvers with family and when we were served, we noticed a few things from our order was missing.: 3 milks, 1 apple juice, and 2 small fries. I hope this mistake doesn't happen again in the future. Although, there was nothing wrong with the food, I do hope this mistake won't happen again.
This is one of the worst fast food experiences I have had. They initially failed to take my order correctly, even after verifying the contents of my order. They then took an absurd amount of time to give me my order, of which there was a missing item and a wrongly topped sandwich.(again clearly specified in the ordering process.) I then re ordered the burger they failed to charge me for, and i had to wait an additional 30 minutes.
