This location in particular is very stingy about coupons I got. Didn’t accept some and when I order ice cream they always get it wrong. Don’t know what it is or why they can’t get a single topping right but if you want good service go some place else
Great customer service has never tasted so good! Thanks to team member Rachel who worked the drive-thru this afternoon. I drove to this location because I thought the flavor of the day was something with caramel and pecans. I was so disappointed to learn it was chocolate and peanut cup. I placed the order then drove to the window, only to cancel the order and leave. The truth is I've never liked chocolate custard or ice cream. Rachel offered to make me a custard cup with caramel and pecans jusy for me. Nice, and 😋! Keep up ... read more
