As always, very friendly service. The food was very good, but the custard special (chocolate mint) was disappointing.
I stopped by this Culver’s location for dinner after my shift. I waited in line for 45+ minutes, when I finally got my food, it was cold, the burgers were burnt and dry, the pretzel bites were very overcooked and hard, and the cheese curds I got were soggy. The staff at this location doesn’t care and neither does the owner. I’m from Wisconsin and I’ve never once had a negative experience going to Culver’s but this was just downright horrible. Spend your money at the Popeyes across the street folks.
Literally there’s more then 6 workers in the front an they will keep chatting instead of taking your order and when they do there in a mood let alone there tables are all nasty that I had to clean my table my self
