If I could give zero stars, I would. I go here often and I will no longer step foot into this establishment again. They have the worst customer service, especially from the owner/manager. He was extremely rude and unprofessional, showing a terrible attitude. The employee who served us was rude and belligerent about a cheese sauce that she did not put in the bag. Never should a customer be made feel like a burden or a liar due to a representatives pride and ego. Absolutely disgusting.

Culver’s is a main place I will stop to eat when I travel for work and always have a great experience, but at this location it was beyond horrible. My wife and I both ordered the same order with a modification for a pretzel bun. The person who is took the order had no issue with the order but the manager on duty had a major problem and scolded the young worker for not ringing it in properly and had another work ring it in the correct way.
