Terrible service want to charge for condiments...food was cold fries were terrible underdone..won't be back suggest you avoid...who knew importing condiments from Wisconsin was so expensive that they need to charge you for it...shame
We waited over 20 minutes past our time for a pick up. They screwed up the order, and then gave me attitude when I had to go in twice. One time for my curbside pickup order ( which never came out) then once again when the order was screwed up. I only got attitude, and nothing was made right. It was a 50 dollar order. I usually get fantastic service through the app and at other culvers locations. This is the worst I have ever had. The food was cold. Probably because it sat for over 20 minutes, and wasn't delivered.
I got there with about 10 min to spare. Everyone was still friendly. I felt bad I was there right before closing but after a 14 hour work day I needed some grub and damn that triple butterburger with bacon SLAPPED!! Will definitely go there again.
