First time trying Culver’s, and if you’re traveling through an area that has one, I’d honestly recommend stopping at least once to try it out. It definitely feels a bit different from the typical fast-food experience, with a much larger variety of burgers, sides, desserts, and frozen treats available. My spouse and I tried the Swiss Melt along with their limited-time burger offering. Taste-wise, both burgers were actually pretty good. I’d personally rate them around a 7.5/10 for flavor. Our orders are wrong here frequently. We typically come a few nights a week and we regularly get charged for custard toppings that we don't get. We have an autistic kiddo so we always go through the drive-thru. We get charged 1.40 for 2 toppings and usually only get one. It's such a hassle to get it fixed, I think we'll be skipping Culver's and getting ice cream from the store

This has to be the worse Culver’s location. We are not from the area but we visited passing through. My wife got a spicy chicken sandwich and curds. I got spicy chicken strips and Fries. The chicken sandwich was burnt and set too long. Curds were old. Tenders where burnt as well and fries where cold. Yikes!
