Husband called to check on the status of our food because doordash said to do so, was told they gave it to someone and didn't know who. Then they had the nerve to hang up on him, mid sentence. DO BETTER CULVER'S
Ordered at 9pm 3 items. Called culvers at 10:30. asking if they "gave my order out, because DoorDash told me to reach out them." she said "let me look into it." she came back and said "she doesn't have it and she can't do anything." I said, "well I will have to leave a bad review and state what happened." she said "why?" I said, "because you didnt give my food to the right dasher and they are saying its stolen." she just hung up. Worst culvers around IMO. I just ordered a large Chocolate shake at the Davison location & paid $5.79 for 90% vanilla frozen custard with a spoonful of chocolate swirled in on top. So disappointed because I got one of these at the Lapeer Culvers about a month ago & it was so rich, creamy & very chocolatey. Unbelievably delicious! I may as well have ordered a cup of plain vanilla frozen custard here in Davison Won't get a shake there again. Total waste of money!
