I waited 20 minutes in my car for cheeseburgers and ice cream, only to find out they had completely forgotten my order. When I finally went inside, I was simply told they forgot and would start making it then. Unfortunately, I didn’t have any more time to wait, so my kids and I had to leave hungry. While they offered to refund my order, that doesn’t make up for the wasted time, inconvenience, or poor customer service. terrible service took about 40 MINS FOR FOOD. and didn’t even want to give a refund nor wanted to cooperate with anything.

They always manage to forget my fries when I order them. I don’t understand. The pretzel bites and the ice cream are all amazing. But they never check to make sure all the food is in the bag before they bring it out to the car.
