Update!!! I go to culvers often and their customer service has changed and it's now a 5 star! I love being greeted when I walk in. I love chatting with them at the counter and seeing the beautiful smiles and hearing the laughter!!! Way to go!!! Culvers has delicious food the burgers are the best out there and worth the price. But only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is the service.
